uh today was ok.. I had to get up at 5 for morning training so for breakfast I just had cornflakes. Had a hard 1 and a half hour work out.
Snack at about 7:30 was low fat chocolate milk and muffin. Then later on I had half a kiwi fruit, small peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread and orange juice. Lunch i had pasta and some mashed sweet potato.. not so good but I was starving for some reason today so I ate both. Then I got home and I had tuna with vita wheat crackers and dinner was spinach and ricotta ravioli. So overall I ate so much today and probably more carbs than I need, Im not very pleased with myself.
Tomorrow will be better.
